Welcome to use the Turing Ads Points Wall SDK service (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided by TURING MOBI (HK) TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “Turing Ads”). Please carefully read the following disclaimer before using the Service.

I. Nature of Service and Risk Notice

1. The Service provides users (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with functions to complete tasks for points, participate in lotteries, and redeem virtual and physical goods through embedding the points wall SDK.

2. Task reward points and lottery results are automatically calculated based on system rules and involve certain probabilities and uncertainties. Users should participate rationally.

3. We do not guarantee that all tasks or rewards will be continuously valid; the actual content displayed in the partner APP shall prevail.

4. We are not liable for service interruptions, delays, or data loss caused by network failures, system maintenance, or force majeure events.

II. Points and Prizes

1. The acquisition, use, and redemption of points and prizes must comply with the rules of this Service and the partner APP.

2. When redeeming virtual or physical goods, users must provide accurate personal information. We are not responsible for failure to complete redemption, delivery, or after-sales service caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

3. We will assist in coordinating issues caused by third-party factors such as logistics, warehousing, or product quality, but do not bear direct responsibility.

4. Virtual goods (such as game props, points fragments, etc.) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once successfully redeemed, except in the case of system errors.

5. We reserve the right to adjust the amount of point rewards, winning probabilities, ad display frequency, and related rules during operation. The latest announcement or display in the partner APP shall prevail after adjustment, without separate notice.

III. User Conduct

1. Users shall use the Service legally and compliantly and shall not engage in any illegal activities through the Service.

2. Cheating, score manipulation, data tampering, or other improper means to obtain points or prizes are prohibited. If violations are found, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the user’s service qualification without refunding any earned points or prizes.

3. Users shall properly safeguard their account and password and bear sole responsibility for any loss caused by improper account security management.

IV. Limitation of Legal Liability

1. The Service is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

2. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

3. Any disputes between users and third parties arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved by the users and the third parties themselves; we do not bear any responsibility.

V. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

1. This disclaimer, as well as the interpretation, application, and dispute resolution related to the Service, shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.

2. Any disputes arising from or related to the Service shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the court with jurisdiction at our registered address.

2. Continued use of the Service by users shall be deemed acceptance of all contents and updates of this disclaimer.

Users shall comply with the laws and regulations of their respective countries or regions when using the Service.
